    2 1 5 We are seeking explanation and refund of charges related to a wireless app we didn't sign up for. Our first call (last week) we were told we would see a refund within 48 hours. This call, after being transferred 3 times, we were put on hold so the agent could check on why we still haven't seen our refund. But instead of being placed on hold, we were hung up on.
