    1 1 5 The customer rep tried to be helpful but gave me the wrong number for the chargeback department I needed Then I thought I hit the right number but it was only for credit Chargeback’s not debit. Then when I thought I had the right number for debit chargebacks they could not find me or my business in the system. Overall very unsatisfying experience with all 4 people. Sorry to say 1

She was very good at understanding my problems and the corrections for which I needed the customer card information. She was personable friendly. SBGA has been good to work with in the past when corrections to charges have been required. 1

    4 1 5 I had great customer service with the person who helped me. My issue is the difficulty of getting the information needed. Having to go from one report to anther type of report is very difficult and time consuming. The Batch report and the payment reports should be linked in some fashion to make it easier to get the information with out having to print or write down information and then go into another report. 1
