    3 1 5 Andrew is an awesome customer service representative. He met and exceeded my expectations. Although I would like to take this opportunity to address your business practices. You really need to try and contact your customer regarding balances due before sending them to a 3rd party collections agency. I believe one final letter or statement warning that if a balance is not paid then collections is in order. We were set up for automatic payments deducted from our bank, so how we were sent to collections is beyond me. The amount in question was from August, and the September statement did mention a past due balance. Only the fees that were deducted from our account. We were only made aware of a past due balance when we received an unprofessional phone call from your 3rd party collections agency who threatened legal action right off the bat. 1
