    1 1 5 If I could stop this change over I would. There has been way to many problems with the change and to much of a issue with trying to get things fixed. If I would have known then what I know now I would have stayed with what I had. Not happy at all with this. 1

    4 1 5 Speaking with Kat, was pleasant. She listened and did her best to help me. She transferred me to Clover Tech Support to an individual that one didn't really listen to what I was saying, when he spoke he sounded like he was either high, uninterested or had marbles in his mouth. After hanging up with him I got on the phone with another lady whom I can not remember her name but she was extremely helpful and tried to solve my problem but had to pass me off to someone named Matt who at this point is trying to figure out the solution to my problem. I am all about customer service, the guy that Kat transferred me to might need some additional training on how to listen and speak to customers clearly. 1
