    3 1 5 Customer service has been excellent. Just recently, we started being charged for services we did not sign up for. After further research and discussions, we found out the business is obligated to pay for some of it and could not cancel these services. Though these services may be necessary and worth the money, I feel we should have a choice to enroll or to not be enrolled. 1
